Structure of the UXR Playbook

The UXR Playbook Provide a set of criteria, standards, and tools to guide research practitioners to form and communicate compelling POV’s that ultimately drives impact.

The Playbook is comprised of a series of plays, represented by play cards that identify common issues faced by researchers. The cards offer best practices that will help practitioners to remove obstacles and prepare them to move through the four stages of building a Point of View: Foundation >> Data >> Insight Generation >> POV
